so hard to get an appointment 😞 6w 3D uk

I'm getting fed up waiting for my first appointment with midwife team! My doctor last week said I'd been under a consultant as I have other health problems but see a midwife soon. She then said you will hear from them by the end of last week I never heard anything, so rang my gp like I was told to and got told to wait until today, so I once again did as I was told and rang them, to then be told I had to ring midwives directly 😡 so I did and left a message but am still waiting frustrated and concerned with nothing else left I can do 😩😞 any advice on how you guys managed to get appointment etc?
