planning a wedding & TTC

My fiancé and I are currently TTC (much earlier than expected) because of Endo, IC, PCOS complications and are also planning a (surprise) wedding. I am excited for both of these things but am sooooo stressed out and anxious that it's getting a bit ridiculous. Since our wedding will be a surprise, I have no actual help, other than my fiancé, with planning because I cant tell anyone without ruining it. 😩😩😩 Anyone else TTC and planning a wedding? I could totally use some girl talk with someone who can relate!
