How far long?

Just got my first sonogram it says my baby is 8cm but the first told me I was 7 weeks..I don't believe that's true do anyone know how far I really am?

They calculated from my last period that's what they told me but is it possible to still come on your cycle while pregnant that's what I'm thinking cause my last two cycle they were very light

At 13w1d my baby measured 7.1cm and 13w2d. I'm surprised they didn't tell you how far along you were measuring.

Are you sure you didn't get any info wrong? 7w vs 14w is a HUGE difference.
