Is a belly bandit- or similar product- necessary? I mean I know it's not necessary because I can just live with flabby belly. I guess what I am asking is is it worth it?

If you get an abdominal seperation, yes. It will help it heal without surgery which can be necessary but is considered cosmetic so not covered by insurance.

I can get my abs back...I'm getting it for my back. I wear a support belt now and figure ill still need something until I can shed the weight.
