So I work at a hotel with many of the housekeepers who do not speak much English. There is one spanish gentleman who works in laundry whom I see every morning and we exchange the typical "Good morning, how are you" etc. and then that's it for our conversations since he doesn't know English very well.

Well this afternoon when I went on break he was in the staff room with some other staff members and he said to me that when he came in this morning and saying hello that he is Christian and God told him to pray for me for when I go into the hospital to have my baby. So he politely asked if he could pray with me in Spanish, which I said yes because although I do not follow any religion I was raised Catholic and I feel that faith, when truly faithful, has an impact..no matter the religion.

It took me aback at first but then also gave me a sense of comfort after we said Amen.
