First IUI today!

I just had my first IUI today! I'm having a lot of mixed emotions. I feel so encouraged and hopeful, my husbands analysis today showed his sperm count has doubled since April! I also feel nervous because I had a positive opk yesterday at around 1:00. I had a scan done before my IUI and my Dr couldn't find a big dark follicle to prove I ovulated. He found a grey one with some fluid around it making him believe I ovulated this morning but not 100% sure. so I guess the timing was good but I'm just worried I didnt ovulate now :/ I am going in for a progesterone test in a week to make sure! I just have so much hope and faith but I'm so scared it won't work and I'll be so sad :(
