mefenamic acid (250mg) for cramps??!!

Has anyone taken mefenamic acid for cramps?? I forgot my doctors instructions so how am I meant to use them??? Any tips or advice? Thanks x

I used to take those, but for heavy flow. But I took two with breakfast, two with lunch and two with dinner everyday 😁

Take them 3 times a day , take them the day before your due date and continue for the first 3 days you must eat them with food tho 😊

Do you not have instructions with your prescription? Drugs.com says 500 mg (two tablets) initially and then 1 tablet again 6 hours later.
