Slow leakage possible? 37.3 weeks

I am 37 weeks and 3 days. Had my doctors appointment last Thursday and was dilated 2 CM but not thinned very much at all. I lost my mucus plug or a great deal of it yesterday. And last night I had some wetness - is the only way I can explain it. Not a gush or even enough to run down my leg. I can just feel wetness and had to wipe a couple times throughout the night. I know for a fact it wasn't urine. Can you slowly leak amniotic fluid? It was clear almost no smell to it. But no contractions. Just crampy or aches since I'm so huge lol. Anyone else experience this? This is my second pregnancy.
