help meeee.... TMI

I don't know what just happened but today I started spotting and figured it was just from intercouse the night before, but then I had a huge gush of blood and now some red blood!!!! I heard the baby's heartbeat on the Doppler and it sounds fine so I don't know what this could be from but it is making me so nervous, I don't have any cramps or anything I feel perfectly fine!!!!  Sorry if this is too gross for u but I need some advice should I go to the ER or wait it out ?
