If you've had sex recently it is simply just your vagina cleaning itself out. It could also mean your close to your period depending on the day of your cycle it is today. Overall this discharge is something I don't think is typically anything to find alarming or worry about, except the fact you've said you've never had anything like this before. This type of discharge is usually normal for women to have so if you think this is strange to you then maybe see your doctor just to be sure.

Could mean you're close to your period, or a yeast infection but that usually has like tiny thick globs mixed in.

Before starting birth control I would discharge like this almost everyday. It was rather annoying but also great when it came to sex because I was pretty much wet all the time. Now that I'm on the pill I haven't gotten this in over a year and also have a harder time getting wet/turned on, maybe the two are connected? No need to be worried about it though
