Bassinet? Cosleeeper? What do you recommend?

I can't decide on what to get for our baby's first few months home before we move him to the crib. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Pack and play with infant sleeper and bassinet attachment. We used it for SOs daughter and now will use it for our own.

We just went straight to crib. If she was particularly fussy then the Rock and play. We also share a room with her so the crib was only 5-6 feet away.

She's 7 weeks and we've done rocker, swing and bassinet. She won't use any to sleep she'll only sleep on my chest 😐

If I had to do it over I'd go straight to crib. Transitioning to a crib has been difficult for us. They have mini cribs that you can put in your room.

We're planning on pack n play with bassinet attachment-- the Nuna Sena Mini. Also getting the Snuggle me cosleeper, which we'll use in the bassinet right next to the bed, or in bed with us. I have read that they sleep better if something is cradling them a bit.

Honestly I did the crib from day one... are rooms are on the same floor so that helps.  All you need is a good monitor and your set.

This way I never had to worry about transitioning.  He did amazing from day one.

We initially had the pack and play beside our bed to use, but we just bought a cosleeper instead. To me, it wasn't gonna make too much of a difference. He would be beside me either way, and a pack and play wouldn't be that much more difficult to get him out of during the night to breastfeed. But we got a cosleeper so that he can sleep between me and my husband safely, allowing my husband to have the closeness/bonding as well. You just wanna make sure you don't cosleep any longer than four months, but I'm definitely looking forward to our little one being here with us.

Bassinet? Cosleeeper? What do you recommend?
