contractions

so this morning i lost my mucus plug with some blood then like 3 hours later i started feeling some type of period like cramps they honestly hurt a tiny bit but nothing breath taking i started timing them just im case but idk if they are actual contractions but that's how long they have lasted do you guys think it will go away? it's been this way since 9am and it's 7:55 pm
