Is it rude to say I don't want little kids to visit in the hospital?

I don't know how I'll feel while I'm in the hospital. My husband really wants to have his whole family come, but I'm pretty sure I'd prefer to have no one there at all. His sister has a three-year-old and one-year-old who constantly scream for no reason (and no adults ever tell them to stop). I am anticipating multiple panic attacks as it is, and I'm fairly certain having those two screaming children there is going to elevate it exponentially.

Would it be rude to say I don't want his sister to bring her babies? It's looking like having no one there isn't going to be an option, so he might only have his parents come and none of his siblings because he wants to have someone there to hold the baby when we're both really tired. But I really, REALLY don't want there to be screaming children who probably don't even care about a new cousin anyway. But I also don't want people to be offended...
