Metformin?

Doctors always said I had PCOS but I started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist this month and blood work confirmed it. They did and HSG test which was normal and he started me on 1500mg Metformin. Any success stories?

My husband and I have been trying 2.5 years and have had 2 miscarriages. Next month/cycle we're adding in Clomid.

I've been taking metformin for almost 6 months and yet to have a period on my own....I still have to get prometrium every month to start. I'm trying Clomid for two months and if it doesn't work then I will have to see a fertility specialist.

I had the same issues when I was taking it for my PCOS! I could not stand the pain and sickness that I just stopped all together!

Metformin didn't work for me, it made me so miserably sick and didn't even help control any of the symptoms. Hopefully it works out for you, I'll be trying Myo-Insitol and D-Chiro Instiol instead. They're more natural but do about the same things metformin should.

Following im on metformin 1000 mg started agu 15 started period agu23 -31 and here i am starting my period again 😡 well hey atleast im getting a period every month 🙄🙄
