Hanging out

At least several nights a week S/O hangs out. There is no rhyme or reason and the excuses are always stupid. A five minute trip to the store always turns into hours. Conveniently he didnt hear the phone ring because his phone is on silent or its dead. At mid 30s I don't feel as if it is ok to hang out regularly innocent or not. What do you think? I have reason to believe there's more to these stories I'm being told bit I try to give the benefit of the doubt. For example if you say your on the way home and tell me your location which is about 5 minutes down the road but it takes you 30 and I see you coming from a direction that you had no real coming from cause it would take you longer. When questioned oh I stopped by my sister house, Why though? But he can't give a straight answer. Im sorry y'all venting cause I'm highly anmoyed!
