I'm having severe pain in my lower back and abdominal area before and during my bowel movements. I get severe costipation and then horrible diahhrea. During the bowel movement I sometimes will get the urge to throw up. There no bleeding from my vagina nor in my stool but I'm 10 weeks pregnant and the pain scares me for the stress of the baby. Did anyone get this too? I'm a FTM and I'm just wondering what is going on.
