My husband is a sweety!!!

Last night my husband thought I was asleep and I was but slightly woke up when pulled me real close to cuddle with me and whispered "I love you, my wife" I rolled over and gave him a quick kiss before drifting off again. I feel like I did when I was a teenager falling in love for the first time. Sheer bliss, is the best way to describe my marriage. My husband is truly my best friend, my secret keeper, and my biggest support system! I don't have enough kind words to say about the man who stole my heart and continues to pursue and protect it! For stepping up as a man to raise, love, and teach my son as his own. And being the father, my son never had. After seeing my parents in a toxic, abusive, failed marriage, I feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful man by my side! We spoil each other with love and affection, and it makes my heart smile being able to have my son witness a steady/constant, happy/healthy, love between two people! I've been truly blessed by the lord in more ways I could even begin to imagine. Every night before bed I say my silent prayers beginning with the things I am most thankful for, our health, my son, my husband, our comfortable lifestyle, I always think, "this is what marriage should be, this is true happiness, this is what I live for" My childhood dreams have come true, all because of a precious little boy who calls me mommy, and an amazing man who calls me his wife!! :)
