My husband and I became pregnant July 2nd

My husband and I became pregnant July 2nd! Actual conception was around the 15th. I still had a period - but short - in August. I also had some spotting. I noticed how sleepy I was and my cravings & mood swings were nuts! I took a pregnancy test and it said positive ! I was concerned I was having an ectopic pregnancy bc of the pain and bleeding. My OB agreed with the self diagnosis and sent me to an immediate ultra sound. That's when the tech said it.... Not only is there one healthy baby in the uterus but there are two! The bleeding is from blood clots in the uterus and the pain was from dehydration. I'm due April 8 - full term - with the surprise twins!!
