I want him out of my house!!!!

He denies our daughter and refuse to take a paternity test. He is making everything difficult. He won't watch our daughter so I can clean cook or get anything done. Today I took her to her one month check up and he refused to go. I am at my wits end with him. On one hand he is buying her things and came all the way here from Jersey with all of his things and on the other he is being a jerk and saying it's a possibility Bella isn't his. This is beyond hurtful and I can't take it. I just think it will be best for him to go. I have a 7 year old daughter as well and trying to care for both of them by myself is challenging but he is no help so I can do bad by myself. How do I tell him to leave without him making a scene?
