How accurate?

How accurate is the gender portion of the harmony test? I recently got the test done and planned a reveal for this weekend. When I called for my results, the nurse said "the gender part isn't really accurate" which is also what my family doctor told me. Has anyone had this test & if so, was it correct for you?
