Look how cute our Watson is! We cannot wait to meet him!!!

Ultrasound was great! He's healthy and big! He's already 6 lbs and 11 oz.

After my ultrasound I had a regular appointment. That was not fun. The doctor had to swab me (which wasn't bad), but then she checked to see if I was dialated. That was the worst part. My cervix has always been high up and she was having trouble checking it. I am 50% effaced and between a 1/2 to 1 cm dialated. I was really hoping for more, but he still has a while.

My blood pressure was really high this time, so they rechecked it (it went down after about 20 minutes) and took a urine and blood sample (no proteins were found in my urine). This was just to make sure I'm not developing any signs of preeclampsia. I've never had a history with it, so I think it was because I was so nervous about getting my cervix checked. I had a really bad experience in the past with another doctor and was worried the same stuff would happen. I go in again this week to have my blood, urine, and blood pressure taken again just to make sure everything is okay.

I can't wait to hold this little guy!!! This older brothers (3 and 7) are so excited to meet him!
