what is this?

So I've been having a lot of pelvic pressure at times when I walk and my daughter has been moving so much lately that it's been hurting me at times. But just yesterday and today I had this big mucus come out from my private and it didn't smell or had blood. It looked just like when you blow your nose and it was yellowish. I have no idea what it is. Can it be the mucus plug or a infection? Has anyone had it happen to them? I'm turning 32 weeks tomorrow isn't it too early if it is the mucus plug. I'm freaking out
