Do you think it encouraged AF???

So I finally started AF after 2 months of nothing while being on metformin! I started AF on the 11/09 (now on day 4) I think isoflavones gave me my period!!! I decided just to take it last week cause I knew I wasn't pregnant and was wondering if it worked if I didn't get AF... I took 40mg one day when AF was due And then 120mg the next I was going to continue taking but forgot to lol so then I started AF 5 days later!!! Could have isoflavones encouraged this?? I have been taking it again since day 1 of my cycle hoping to ovulate this cycle!

Please comment any thoughts experiences you've had with ISOFLAVONES...
