Cracked Nipple- HELP!!
I had to pump the first couple days bc my son was in the NICU and it completely wrecked one of my nipples. My son's latch is fine but it is so painful bc of the crack and it is taking too long to heal. Any advice to make things bearable? Should I use a nipple sheild? Or just grin and bear it?
