Was I wrong?
My mom previously told me she would be doing this around Dec 2016 - Feb 2017 because that's when our lease would be up.
My friend is currently homeless and living out of her car. She works full time and is trying to finish high school at the same time but has no where to go so she was apartment hunting. I told her to go to ____ because it was cheap and pays all amenities and she would probably get in and have a home finally.
Recently my mom decided to search NOW for my step moms apartment and there was one opening at ______ and my friend was there filling out an app for the last apartment because I recommended it.
My mom is pissy and angry with me that I suggested it for my friend "behind her back" and saying I basically took the opportunity to get my step mom out of the house faster, away from her. I don't feel bad at all considering my friend is HOMELESS and I didn't know she'd be looking for an apartment for my stepmom this soon anyway.
Am I in the wrong here like she says? Should I feel bad for not being sorry?
