Mine look like this after a long day sometimes or when I eat super salty stuff. My BP has been fine all throughout the pregnancy and swelling usually goes down overnight. Just make sure your doctor is aware!

Are you a plus size momma? I am and this is pretty common for me. My blood pressure has been fine for the entire pregnancy and my doctor says it's normal as long as there is no cramping. 
Also, in the summer we retain fluid to keep our body cool. drink a ton of water to flush out all of that fluid, put your feet up. Especially when you are sitting down for a long period of time. If you are standing for a long period of time sit with your feet up or sleep on ur side with them up. 
Also call your dr. He knows you best and can tell you if anything is strange. But don't stress. Just ask. It should be ok

Depends on what you've been up to and what's your normal... Swollen feet doesn't automatically mean something is wrong... They don't appear to be pitting from your photos and I saw you said it's even on both sides... If you don't have any other symptoms to accompany(blurry vision, seeing spots, headaches, light headedness, darker than usual urine) it's probably just your normal... Even the shoes you have on can cause swelling to look weird... It all depends, but if you're worried about it call your Doctor or OB Triage and ask them if they think you should come in.

That's really bad.

Pretty bad. I had a 10 hour job that involved standing for at least 6 of those hours, and my swelling never got that bad

Go to your dr or L&D ASAP. That means you probably have high blood pressure. Not good for u or baby. ESPECIALLY BABY!
