think I'm just paranoid

I'm supposed to get my AF in a couple days and me and my bf didn't pay attention to what day it was (when I was ovulating) and Didn't use anything for a few days and it turned out to be right when I was ovulating and almost two weeks later my breast are sore and I feel sick off and on ...I know breast tenderness can happen before AF but it's never happend for me before I think I'm just paranoid and wanting to talk to someone about it😞
