Actual menstration lasted 4 weeks!!!

Has anyone experienced two very long menstartions close together? I have endometreosis. I called my doc and they want to see me pretty soon which has me nervous. I had 4 startight weeks of bleeding this cycle. My back is hurting me terribly, Ive been very dizzy and hormones are off the charts.
