How do you clean baby boy when changing diaper?

I read in book n dont understand.. I know its important to clean under testicals.. But what about penis? Im talking about newborn babies

If baby is circumcised you need to pull the skin back once it's healed and clean around the head, and the rest of the penis, otherwise it'll reattach and become painful or infected. If not circumcised you clean only what is visible. Do not retract any skin ever.

I clean around, and the lightly wipe over the penis in downward motions to make sure there's nothing on it. Mostly I let the bath clean it (I don't touch it in the bath, just let the soapy water do its thing) my son is uncircumcised.

My son is circumsized when it was first done you just clean around it. Once it's fully healed you can pull the skin back and clean it really well.

My son is not circumcised and I was told to clean it "like a finger." Do not retract the foreskin at all!!!!!  I don't know if it's different after a circumcision tho.
