pimple on outside of nipple?!?

So this morning I was getting dressed and I looked down at my left breast bc it was sore in this spot and it was a red bump like a regular pimple but no white head thing. I popped it and this is what it looks like?! What is this?! Top pic of b4 I popped it and bottom pic is after I popped it.

Yea it's caused by a clogged pore. Clean the area first and try using a toner pad that has salicylic acid, glycolic acid, witch hazel, aloe, or green tea in it. U can also use body scrub or a mesh sponge throughout the week to exfoliate your skin.

Totally normal! I used to get them because I wear sports bras all the time because of the gym!
