I might start to post a lot 😅 I am planning my shower, last minute because I am the queen procrastinator! It Oct the 8th we are doing a fall theme.. So as far as the menu, do you think this would go over well? Is it a good idea? This is what I am leaning towards, also will have a pot of vegetable beef soup in case someone doesn't want chili.... So yes? No??

The only thing I would consider is, are people going to be sitting or standing? Not sure what the feel of your shower is, but if it's informal standing/sitting on couches soup and chili might be a bit awkward. Just something to consider. Typically if you're having an informal setting you want foods that can easily be eaten with one hand, no mess. That chili bar does look deadly cute though.

We are doing fall theme but with just finger foods but holy cow this is such a cute idea! Can't believe I have never thought of this! I love it! As long as there are tables to sit at and eat I say go for it!!

Looks good to me my mom in law wanted to pay for our food for our baby shower so we're having tradional Mexican dishes birra de chivo, posole, rice, beans

I think that looks great, especially if u live somewhere where it will be cold already in Oct., it's nice 'cause u can make a huge batch & feed a lot of folks 4 fairly cheap, I'm planning on doing mostly munchies 4 mine (fruit & veggie trays, cheese & crackers etc.) it'll be in mid Nov. Hope your planning all goes well!

The easier, the better. Crock pot dishes are the best.
