best and most comfortable breast pump?

I'm a first time mom to be and would really like to breast feed. None of my friends or sisters have breast fed their babies so I have no insight on what the best breast pumps are. Any advice/opinions?

Check to see what your insurance covers. I had 6 choices. Don't know about you, but free was most comfortable! I have the medela and like it. Also heard good things about the spectra.

Spectra s2 if your insurance covers it. It's a closed system (no chance of milk getting in the system), hospital grade, super customizable and there's a neat night light. Parts are available on amazon or the spectra site. Check out some YouTube reviews of each pump. That's how I picked mine. It's great!

I used the Medela pump in style. I would say it was so so. I have heard great things about the Spectra 1.
