I'm really scared 😓

I took the emergency contraceptive pill a week today and I was bleeding a little yesterday and woke up this morning having bled again in the night, I know bleeding is a side effect of the emergency contraceptive but it's just really scary, I am also experiencing some light abdominal pain almost like periods pains but I'm not due for another 12 days does this mean I'm pregnant does it mean I'm not ? Would really appreicate some wise words here.
