Pain won't go away, OB literally says I don't know and let's me cry and walk out in tears....what do I do?

I've been in excruciating pain for the last month. Anytime i have urine in my bladder it feels like someone is stabbing it with needles. Its hard to walk or sleep. The doctor treated the yeast infection. He gave me antibiotics many times over for a supposed UTI and azo. Nothing is working. Last night I saw my dr and he said I don't know what's wrong and ordered an MRI. I stood in his office crying until I couldn't breathe and not one person asked me if I was okay or tried to be comforting. He also said he would call in meds for the pain right away which he didn't bother to do even after I messaged him within 15 minutes of my visit. Should I switch doctors?
