me & boyfriend aren't talking

We haven't talked since Tuesday night. We had a argument and he said "talk to me when you work out your issues" we haven't been in contact since. We been together for 3 years. It's so hard not to text someone you talk to everyday all day. But it's like I shouldn't text him, because I'm going to be right back in the same place. I know he don't gaf especially cause when stuff like this happens I always give in and text first and I'm sick of that.
