what would you do?

So, I'm just curious what others would do if they were in my situation.
I work at a clinic with 5 other girls. We do xrays and handle some large dogs and prescriptions. Right now two of the other girls are actively ttc. Which means they would no longer be any of those things. There's a lot of other things we do and that they could do.
I desperately want to have children and I don't want to have to plan my future around what they are choosing to do with there lives and I can't get pregnant anytime soon because then there would be half of the workers that couldn't do their jobs.
Would you seek accept an employment offer for a job 30 miles away, that paid $1.75 more an hour, where you wouldn't be in that situation. Or would you stick around and wait your turn? Or just say screw it and start ttc anyway?
