This is my second time bleaching doing the bayalage and idk what my hair stylist is doing. It's always brassy! I feel like she doesn't tone it with the right toner .....
What shade of toner do you think I should buy from Sally's ???? I want a light brown/ light blonde. NO BRASS!!!
