infection?

So I'm 38w2d and my doctor is doing a c section next Wednesday. I work in a doctor's office and checked my urine today because the doctor wanted me to do a 24 hour urine (which I was trying to avoid) Anyways...I have a small amount of blood in my urine and some protein. Any other mamas have this problem? Maybe a UTI?

How is your BP? Significantly raised blood pressure plus protein in your urine is a sign of pre-eclampsia.

Could be bladder or kidney infection if there's blood, maybe UTI. 
I haven't had a UTI, but I had a bladder infection around 25weeks and was peeing blood went to the hopsital and was given antibiotics for a week.
