Lil sis at college

My little sister is 6 years younger than me and started college a month ago. So far a guy in her class became unconscious and rescue had to be called, one of her new friends has a stalker that is threaten her, someone on the floor below her was smoking weed in the dorm building and got caught, and someone in her building has committed suicide. I just graduated from a different college two years ago and didn't think this much happened when I was going. What kind of school is my sister going to?
