Sudden pain

So, for as long as I've been ovulating and having periods (almost 16 years) I have never ever had any ovulation pain, a little cramp once or twice but nothing too extreme.

Now, I ovulate according to glow, on the 18th.

Today, all I have had is the mother of all period type cramps, soooo much discharge like I'm about to start bleeding (sorry tmi I know) and my mood has been up and down like a yo-yo. After 3 births, 8 pregnancies and years of periods I know my cycles like the back of my hand.

Example, I never cry, my mums dog Nuzzled up to me and fell asleep on my lap.... I cried because he was cute. My fiancé just stared at me like what the actual fuck is going on? He's only seen me cry once in 3 years and that was from slamming my hand in the door accidently and breaking 3 knuckles.

Has anyone else went years without ovulation pain then suddenly it hit you?
