Sex??help?

I met this guy around april of this year , we been having sex on and off for the last couple of months his not dating no one we both single ,i found out his still talking to his ex gf . I was catching feelings so i kinda stop txting him so every time he txts me or wants to chill he gets mad ,i feel he has feelings for me but at the same time he don't ,i dont want to look like im a hoe because im not some ppl would understand some dont i just need help what should i do i really like him but what should i tell him we wants to chill but why he wants to have sex when he got his ex and they go out to places, if you going to say something negative save it i dont need it i just dont no what to do
