25W 5D and my nausea has just started again!?

I had little morning sickness in the beginning of my pregnancy.. About once or twice a week. And right at week 25 it's started again! I've been feeling so sick and without and appitite for the past 5 days, has this happened to any one else ? Help 🤕

Happens a lot in pregnancy some women don't even get a break and have it right from the start till Te end of pregnancy , just try keep your fluids up and eat dry toast and crackers and stuff , even fruit
