What did you do to ease the back pain during early stages of labor?

I went to physical therapy to help strenthen my back. I hurt so bad that i couldnt hardly move and it seemed to help :)

Hot shower.

I stayed sitting in the shower.

Nothing. Nothing at all helped, to be honest. AND when I'm in pain I HATE being touched. So I recommend grunting and humming while forcing yourself to focus on the vibrations of your hum/grunt. It's all the helped me in the slightest.

Use a tennis ball for a ball massage. Take a hot shower.
