4 month sleep regression 😭😭

Tell me I'm not the only one!?!? My daughter has been sleeping through the night since 6 weeks old and all of sudden she's back at every 3 hours. I know it's a time for big mile stones and development but I'm losing my mind over here! Sleep deprivation is slowly eating away at my existence. 😭💤💤
