Constipation!!
Guys! Any remedies for constipation? I know this might be TMI but today I spent like an hour on the bathroom, it was horrible! 😩 I almost passed out from the effort and pain (not exaggerating) I know that cannot be good for the baby 😔

I'm almost 31 weeks, it happened before once but not as bad as today. Swear I try to eat as healthy as possible, lots of fruits! Anything else you could recommend? Thank you!!!!Â
