Keep contacting the office and/or immediate maintenance line, and go to the police with a noise complaint if needed. I've never done it, but could be an option/last resort. Also, look over your lease to see what exactly is said about noise disruptions! :)That sounds like a huge pain though! Sorry you have to deal with it
Annoying upstairs neighbor rant! Kind of long
I live in an apartment, this lady that lives above me is a meth addict. She is literally up for days on end, I know because I hear her morning, day, and all hours of the night. She vacuums at 4 am and is ALWAYS BLASTING her music (which is loud ass death metal). I've complained too the office multiple times about her music. It stopped for 2 days which I'm sure she finally went to sleep that's the only reason why. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and having some complications so I've been on pelvic rest so I've been home since last week. Well I've literally been listening to her loud ass annoying music for days now, I have to have my TV turned up to 80 just to hear it over her music. Since the office obviously isn't doing shit, how do I take matters into my own hands at this point. Sorry to sound like a whiney bitch but it's seriously getting to me so bad!

I think after you've already contacted everyone you've been suggested to (landlord, police..) in the mean time, if you can, invest in some good noise cancelling headphones! Because even After you complain I highly doubt they'll deal with the problem then and there. And who knows for how long you'll have peace and quiet after they Do tell them to stop. I really hope you get the problem sorted out though because that sounds horribly annoying.
