My friend recently got married but she's only 18 . I'm 18 too but it's crazy to think that's she's like together with someone for ever and they only dated for a year. Is 18 too young and can you find your true love young?

You can absolutely find true love young. I have been with my husband since I was 13 and we would have been married at 18 but he joined the Marines and wasn't around very much so we got married at 20 instead 😊

I am 18 and I am married. We got married this year and we only dated for a year too. I think it depends on the person. For me I knew he was the one. He is literally my soulmate. I don't think 18 is too young to get married. It's legal and if your heart says it's right then it's right. Most people think it's too young becaz you're just an adult and haven't experienced life yet but honestly I wouldn't want to experience life without my husband. Hope this helps!

It's not too young at all. With the stability and support my husband and I would have gotten married when I was 18 he was 21. We have been together since I was 14 almost 15. When you know you just know. It's right for some people and others it isn't.

Historically, women have always married young.  Of course, some marriages were arranged.  But, to think that age has anything to do with finding love...  That's just not true.  Think about your grandparents and great grandparents.  Did your grandmothers love their husbands?  And, they married young, didn't they?  Sure, society has changed a great deal in the last century.  But love hasn't.

Love comes when it wants too. Marriage isn't a guarantee you will stick together forever. Things change people change. It's her decision and she might regret it but then again maybe she wont! Only she knows how she truly feels about him and only he knows how he truly feels about her. My friend got married at 18 and got divorced the next month but she was just stupid for that one. She just wanted a man in her life and now she's married again at 20 and most likely about to get another divorce but it's her own fault for the way she acts and treats people.
