You will poop uncontrollably.  And then,  IF your body is ready,  it will start your contractions..

Took half a tbsp every hour over four hours (a total of 2tbsp) to try to relieve constipation (yes, my OB knew). It did absolutely nothing. I didn't have a single side affect, it didn't even do what it was supposed to! This was about 27 hours ago I was 39+2.
