My baby the only one not doing anything?!

My LO really just started rolling over ( she has done it a couple times at 4m- but never intrigued her)  she sits up really well by herself but that's about it! I see SO many babes crawling/ rocking / inchworming/ pulling to stand at before or at their 6 months.

It's hard not to compare but I guess it's nice to know if other babies are like mine!

My son can roll both ways great but anything else nope, doesn't sit up, hold bottle, or pull self up to stand, nor crawl. It will come when their ready

Please don't fret! My guy is on the opposite side of the spectrum. With that said, I envy you and your chillin' / taking it easy guys and gals! At 6 months my little dude does NOT have the motor skills to walk or to understand that he must hold on to the thing he pulled himself up on! He has taken so many head dives but is so keen on doing everything himself that he gets fussy if you block or redirect him. We had to get mesh baby gates to keep him from pulling to a stand and falling on the hard wood floors. I can't tell you how many times we've had to take a time out to make sure no concussion symptoms followed after a knock on the head/ gone for a Dr. visit 😖  At our baby play group he physically tries to hang with the 10-12 month crowd but cognitively he's not there yet. He has a BAD case of the monkey see, monkey doos and I'm worn out! So, enjoy your rollers! What's that saying, the grass is always greener...? 😜 Don't worry about their physical milestone just yet, that just means they are focusing all their energy on their mental milestones first! You could have the next geniuses on your hands! I hope my guy decides to focus on a mental leap soon! 😂

My baby can roll over back to tummy but not tummy to back but she can sit up okay. Definitely not crawling or wanting to stand up! I try and avoid those posts because It's so easy to compare and get worried. And like everyone has said, every baby is different! :)

Try not to worry about other babies. Yours is working on some very important things that she has prioritized lol.

My son is 6mo, he is rolling and sitting up but no crawling or inching nothing. No interest in it either. He learned that if he pulls the blanket to him he can get the toy lol

Thanks y'all! It definitely can be hard to not compare, I mean honestly at times how can we not?! Lol I think I was more worried cause her cousin who is a month behind her rolls all over the place- and the fact that she just started and only rolls tummy to back does worry me sometimes cause I know the family will compare and I'm not trying to make this a competition. So thanks for those that responded giving me some peace of mind :)

My baby boy is 6 months and barely started rolling over, he can sit up unassisted for a few seconds, he can walk in this walk along thing that's about it he wants to be held all day and he whines when you try and make him do things lol

Mine is 6 months and just started sitting up. He can't crawl, just rolls around. I'm not too concerned.

Mine can do these things, except crawling, but she doesn't want to. She is still in the wanting to be held all day stage.
