Severe Pain In My Right Rib Cage

The pain just came out of the blue like 2 days ago. At first it was mild but just got severe it hurts so bad i just cry sometimes, If i lean forward or even bend to the right its unbearable. Whats should i do? Is this normal? Or should i go to the hospital.. please help
